Gary, the repairman, looked up the code it was flashing, put in a new valve, told me some great stories, made friends with my dogs, charged a reasonable price and made a new loyal customer for his company.

Called to ask if they could come look at my dryer. Gentleman said yes, could be here the same afternoon. When I described what was happening with the dryer, he knew right away what the probable cause was and told me that he thought he already had the part on the truck. He arrived; fixed the problem and was on his way within an hour.

I called on a Monday morning and John happened to be near my house and actually stopped on his way through. He was training a young man named Tyler who did much of the work. I think he has the potential to make a great repairman. They diagnosed my issue, had to order a part, they called early on Wednesday, and had it fixed in no time at all. I HIGHLY recommend them. Friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious and reasonably priced.

Great service. Fridge was losing the ability to cool. John responded within an hour and pumped up the coolant to get the fridge back in shape. He also found the source of a leak and gave me an estimate to repair. He returned the following week on time and completed the repair, replaced a corroded high pressure line. Fridge is back to normal with no loss of any frozen food. Highly recommend!
